Deposit
Since deposit is not requested,
our customers are asked for the maximum collaboration:
- if a problem happens and cannot come
- if a change in the amount of booked people is needed
send an e-mail message as soon as possible (preferably by continuing the conversation containing the confirmation).
Missed cancellation
In case some members of the group do not show up and are not canceled before 12.00 the day before the arrival, the booker agree to pay 50% of the total price of the confirmed reservation.
Timetables
Check-in: after 3.30 PM
Dinner: 6.45 PM
Silence: 10.00 PM
Breakfast: from 6.15 to 7.45 AM
Dinner
The dinner menu can be modified according to the needs dictated by diets or allergies.
These needs must be notified when booking and during check-in. It is not possible to guarantee changes to the menu based on needs communicated at dinner time.
Requesting a reservation,
you accept the previous concepts.
